PCA Skin makes a range of professional peels, from gentle blends you can have over lunch with little visible flaking to stronger formulas that peel for several days and do more for pigment and texture. The acids differ: lactic and mandelic for sensitive or dry skin, salicylic for breakouts, TCA and retinoid blends for pigment and lines.

Will I actually peel?
It depends on the peel. Lighter blends cause little or no visible flaking. Medium-strength peels flake for three to five days. You will know which you are getting before it goes on.
Can peels be used on darker skin?
Yes, with the right acid and strength. Some formulas suit darker skin types better than others, and the wrong one can cause pigment change. Dr. Olivo selects accordingly at consultation.
How do I prepare?
Stop retinoids and exfoliating acids for several days before, avoid sun and waxing, and tell us about any medications. Home prep with the clinic's lines for a couple of weeks improves how evenly the peel works.
