Dr. Jacqueline Olivo MD is a highly accomplished physician with a diverse background. She graduated from San Luis Gonzaga University in Peru and completed her family medicine residency at the University of Illinois. Dr. Olivo is board-certified in Aesthetic Medicine and has been practicing as a general practitioner since 2007.
🤍 We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel or arrive on time to an appointment, you may be preventing another patient from getting much needed treatment or pushing scheduled appointments behind.
If an appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance or you do not show for your appointment, you will be charged a fifty ($50) fee; this fee will be nonrefundable.
We understand that delays can happen however we must try to keep the other patients and our aestheticians on time. 🤍
A credit card will be securely kept on file for any future fees that may need to be charged. 🥰
