What is the ZO Stimulator Peel? How does it work? What are the benefits?
The ZO Stimulator Peel is a combination of 10% Salicyclic, 10% Lactic, & 10% citric acid. These all fall under the AHA (Alpha Hydroxy Acid) family which dissolve dead skin cells. This trio combined creates a gentle but effective exfoliation treatment for the skin.
They work together as a chemical exfoliation system to not only get rid of dead skin cells but minimize the appearance of fine lines & wrinkles, reduce surface pigment & evening skin tone, all while preventing inflammation & providing anti-irritant & soothing benefits. Could it get any better?
Is the ZO Stimulator Peel good for my skin type and my skin concerns?
Yes! Ideally sensitive skin types are constantly pushed away from doing any chemical peel treatments. What makes this peel so unique is that it’s effective enough to show a difference in pigment & texture without over irritating the skin. It is truly universal & can be used on all skin types!
How often should I get the ZO Stimulator Peel?
Just one peel treatment will show results
Is there downtime with the ZO Stimulator Peel?
No! You can come by on your lunch break with dull skin & walk out glowing & vibrant skin! There is no actually peeling with this chemical peel nor down time. It’s much better known as a “Red Carpet Peel” since the fresh & brightening look is instant!
My face gets red and stings when I apply products at home, so my skin is too sensitive for a chemical peel.
Our wide range of peels offer benefits for all skin types – even the most sensitive. Our skilled aestheticians will choose the formula best suited for your skin.
Peels are only for people with severe skin concerns, like acne, hyperpigmentation and deep wrinkles.
While chemical peels do effectively treat all skin concerns, they are also great options for maintaining skin health and help to prevent visible damage.
