Payment Policies
Payments must be rendered at the time of the visit. We accept Visa, AMEX and MasterCard. If you would like a financing option please visit CareCredit for more information.
Cancellations
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24Â hours notice, otherwise you will be subject to a $50 fee. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
Consultations
Consultations are recommended and free of charge!

Credit card required upon booking, cash is accepted as well.
