1. Acceptance
   By booking, purchasing, or using any service, product, or information from Olivo Med Spa, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

1. Eligibility
   You must be 18 or older (or have parent/guardian consent) and medically fit for the services you request. We may ask for ID or medical clearance.

 

1. Appointments & Cancellations

• Arrive 10 minutes early.
• Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged 50–100 % of the service fee.

 

1. Payments & Pricing

• Full payment is due at time of service unless a payment plan has been signed.
• All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice.
• Promotions cannot be combined and expire on the date stated.

 

1. Refunds & Returns

• Services rendered are non-refundable.
• Unused gift cards or packages may be refunded within 30 days of purchase, minus a 10 % processing fee.
• Retail products may be returned unopened within 14 days for exchange or store credit only.

 

1. Medical Disclaimer
   Our treatments are elective, cosmetic, and not a substitute for licensed medical care. Results vary. We do not guarantee outcomes. Always follow pre- and post-care instructions; failure to do so may limit results or cause complications.

 

1. Consent & Photography
   We will obtain written consent before any procedure. We may take photos for medical records; identifiable photos used for marketing will require separate written permission.

 

1. Privacy
   We protect your personal and health information in accordance with applicable HIPAA and state privacy laws. See our separate Privacy Policy on the website.

 

1. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent allowed by law, Olivo Med Spa, its staff, and providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services or products. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service or product.

   You agree to defend and hold harmless Olivo Med Spa and its staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.
